Skills and Conditioning Camp

The high school staff and youth coaches will be running this camp. Varsity players and former Rockets who are currently playing college football will assist with demonstrations and activities. Our focus will be on the fundamentals of football, emphasizing safety in blocking and tackling. We will cover the program schemes used by all grade levels, specifically for grades 6 to 8. Each camper will receive a Rocket Football t-shirt. Please note that this is a non-padded camp.
